Analysis of SSR Information of Flower Transcriptome in Loquat

In order to provide scientific basis for studying the genetic diversity and molecular marker-assisted breeding of loquat, new molecular markers loquat were developed by analyzing flower transcriptome data. In this study, MIcroSAtellite (MISA) and Blast2GO were used SSR searching, screening, identification, analysis non-redundant Unigenes, Primer 3 was primer design. A search found that 28 617 Unigenes contained 44 622 loci, frequency occurrence loci 47.51%, total average distribution distance 4.87 kb. Mononucleotide dinucleotide repeats were main repeat types in loquat mononucleotide accounted 52.09% and 32.83% of SSR, respectively. The dominant motifs A/T AG/CT, which 50.94% and 26.70% of respectively, 65.79% length motif concentrated 12~20 bp. Gene Ontology (GO) functional classification showed containing enriched 51 GO terms categories, biological process category involved most (21). Primers 34 301 sequences successfully designed, with a success rate 76.87%. It is shown had high frequency, density, polymorphism potential could abundant types.
